Shall Rest In The Waters Of Jordan…

As we follow the commandments of the Lord our God, He always showers our life with blessings beyond. It’s amazing that living a life, praising God and always giving God the glory for every aspect of our life means a life well lived. How simple can it be?

We love the Lord our God and exalt the name of His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, Emmanuel in all aspects of our day. Praying for guidance, seeking His Light and knocking upon the door Christ’ wisdom. The Lord is always working in our lives, even when we don’t see it, when we don’t feel it nor have any clue that what is happening is all part of a grand move in our life to put us in the place we need to be. For those with eyes to see we can looking in the rearview mirror of our life we can usually see what has happened and how each step lead to another. Not always, but enough of the pieces are visible to see how we arrived at the station in life we currently stand.

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap. ~ Joshua 3:13 KJB

As soon as we step into the fold of the Lord our lives are forever changed. When we look for it, we can find it. When we listen for it, we can hear it. When our heart is open, we receive it. It’s not hard and the Lord our God doesn’t make it difficult. As soon as our feet turn toward the Lord, He sets us free, He protects us from harm and He makes our path smooth.

Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
