The One Who Comes To Me…

The One Who Comes To Me…

We are given free will as a gift from God. We can choose, as a gift from God, either free will or His will. We can follow the will of God or we can follow whatever “next thing” crosses our screen, our path or pulls out if front of us as we drive. It is our choice, we should chose wisely.

Our “worship basket” is built in. We can fill it with love or hate. We can fill it with gambling or prayer. We can fill it with drugs or servitude. We can fill it with healing or brokenness. We can fill it with Jesus or satan. We should chose wisely.

All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” ~ John 6:37-40 NKJB

We are in Him and He is in us. We are not above Jesus as He is the reason we have anything, include life itself. It is hard for us to kick against the goads, but we do it anyway. Instead of our mind being renewed to prove God’s will, we look to ourselves in order to satisfy our pride, our lust for the flesh.

When we seek, first, the Mind of Christ and do not conform to this world, our lives are transformed to walk in the way of our Savior. Our lives are made new, at that moment, and Jesus will move mountains for us. When we seek, first, the Light of the Lord our paths are made smooth and Jesus Christ lifts us to a higher plane where the end can been see things we never knew existed before.

The Army of Angles that are currently being created is one of the most amazing gifts that God could ever have given anyone. Using a broke down, aging vessel as an amplifier to engage other broke down vessels for the purpose of spreading the Gospel around the world is beyond anything any of us could ever imagine. That is what we praise God for everyday. The lives that are being impacted, changed and brought to Jesus Christ in order to carry the message to others, is a joy that, just two years ago, was unknown, never was a thought and was not anything being sought after. Today, by the grace of God, it is happening right before our eyes. Not by our hand, but through the mercy and grace of Jesus Christ.

Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” ~ John 6:49-51 NKJB

It can not be any clearer. What else do we need to be given by the Father other than Jesus Christ? We have everything we need in Him. We should praise Him throughout the day for all our days.

Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.

Heavenly Father, God Almighty, we humbly come before and lift the name of Jesus Christ above all names. It is because You first loved us that we have life in this day. We praise You, Father God, for the breath in our lungs and the Light in our eyes. We honor Your Son, the Son of God, as our Savior, the Messiah, whom You sent to remove our sins. We glorify all the Works You, Father God, do through us, using broken vessels to sail stormy seas to reach the solid ground of Jesus Christ who fully restores those of us who eat of His bread and drink of His Living Water. In Jesus Christ loving name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen.
