The Epoch Times reported:

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) acknowledged Thursday that the GOP may not retake the Senate during the November 2022 midterm elections.

“I think there’s probably a greater likelihood the House flips than the Senate,” McConnell told reporters in Kentucky. “Senate races are just different, they’re statewide, candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome.”

Trump responded by blasting McConnell saying his words were an “affront to honor and to leadership. He called out McConnell for attacking “hard-working Republican candidates for the United States Senate.”
