Unto Them Which Are Called…
Those that think themselves wise will be made foolish. Those that think themselves first will be last.
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written,
I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
And will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. ~ 1 Corinthians 1:18-19 KJB
All we have is because of Jesus Christ and His willingness to lay down His life for ours. We are nothing without Him. We are no one without His identity. We will perish in a heap of lonely tears without the Love, without the Light, without the Living Waters poured out into our hearts, into our minds, into our soul which provides us with His Strength to carry our cross.

It is by the seeking of the Cross of Jesus Christ that we find Power and Wisdom. Neither is of our own accord, those of us that are called by Jesus Christ shall find Life, shall find the Power of God and the Wisdom of God. We are no longer ourselves, but bondservants to Christ.
For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: but we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; but unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. ~ 1 Corinthians 1:22-25 KJB
Why would we seek after worldly wisdom or worldly strength when the Mind of Christ is offered to us freely? Why would accept anything less than top shelf, especially, since it a gift of God for those that are called? Give it up, and allow the Love, the Light and Wonder of Jesus Christ lead the Way, bathing us in Truth and showing us the Life in Him that proves His perfect will for any and all.
Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
