Your Eyes Have Seen My Unformed Substance…

As we continue to journey with Jesus Christ, God Almighty and feel the comfort of the Holy Spirit our soul heals a little more day after day. If we turn away from from our God and then come back to our senses, Jesus Christ once again finds us, brings us back to the flock and our journey will continue.

Our lives are more than we know. Our hearts love bigger than we can understand. Our soul lives in deeper places with God than our mind can comprehend. God knows all things. We should seek, first, His knowledge of us. We should go before Him, first, and ask who we are in His sight. We should knock upon the door, first, of the Temple where we find God to get a glimpse of the depth of love He has for His children. The patience He has for mankind. The care and concern He has for you and me.

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth;
Your eyes have seen my unformed substance;
And in Your book were all written
The days that were ordained for me,
When as yet there was not one of them. ~ Psalms 139:14-16 NASB95

This is our cry, oh God, that we humble ourselves to seek, ask and knock, first, so that You, God Almighty, through Your Son, Jesus Christ, will reveal to us what it is that You want us to know. So that You, Heavenly Father, will guide our activities, direct our days through the Holy Spirit who is with us always providing counsel and comfort for every breath, for every blink of our eye and every beat of our heart.

Search us, God Almighty, as we confess our sins before You, as we humbly speak the truth about who we are, what we are that has kept us separated from You. Bring us back to You, Father God, and speak to our identity in Christ. Reveal to us our Christ Identity. We are ready, we are willing and we seek, first, Your Light, the Living Water that bathes our soul in mercy and grace.

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand.
When I awake, I am still with You. ~ Psalms 139:17-18 NASB95

Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
