Salt Is Good…
When we walk among our brothers and sisters are we engaged or are we aloof? If we are walking in the Light of Jesus Christ we should be engaged. We should honor our brothers and sisters in Christ. These are all His children, we all belong to Jesus as His Father gave us to Him. Why wouldn’t we engage with our brothers and sisters in Christ
When we are working on our relationship with Jesus we find Him, where? Is Jesus on the mountain top or is He in the valley? We go to the mountain top, for a moment, to ‘recharge’, for inspiration, for a quiet moment with our Lord to receive special instruction (called inspiration) in order to bring it back to the valley and deliver to our brothers and sisters. We are Ambassadors to the Kingdom. We bring forth the message from the Kingdom through Jesus Christ who speaks into us and through us by way of the Holy Spirit to reach His children. To let them know, using our vessel, that He wants to be with them.
We don’t come to the valley to share our testimony because we stand upon a shaky foundation. It is only when we stand upon the foundation of Jesus Christ that our testimony will be ahared, will make impact on others and will bring others to Jesus Christ. This is what happens when we go the mountain top, soak up the inspiration of Jesus Christ then race back to the valley to share the Good News – share Jesus Christ – with others.

We when are at peace with ourselves we can share with others. When we are not at peace with ourselves the flavor of Christ needs to be renewed. We need new salt, we need a new song, we need to turn back to Jesus Christ in order to be at peace with others. We need to transform our mind and be renewed in Christ to prove that which is His perfect, good and acceptable will for our lives.
Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
