We Do Not War According to the Flesh…

Good morning Obedient Bondservant of our Lord, Jesus Christ. He that is Mighty in His Word, is Mighty indeed. You, my Brother in Christ, are Mighty, Patient and Obedient.

Father God, it is with a humble heart that we bow before You. As our hands are lifted in reverence to You, all praise for bringing Heaven to earth. Your name, Father God, is lifted like a banner over our lives and over all the world. It is by the transformation of our minds that renews our lives so we prove Your perfect and good and acceptable will, the will of God.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we thank You for our mercies being made new every morning. It is by this renewal that our lives are showered in grace and the debt for our sins is paid in full. We offer our lives as servants to You, Father God, as Ambassadors of the Kingdom. We feast upon Your Word that we may be strengthened in Your Ways. We give all glory, all honor and all praise to You, Father, as we are nothing without You.

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. ~ 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 NKJB

Father God, it is by Your Might, Your Will and Your Strength poured out into Your son, Erik, that his lungs are breathing, his legs are strengthening and his whole body is healing. Father, we humbly ask that You continue to pour into Erik. Father, we humbly ask that You continue to touch the heart of the care takers and let them be amazed at Your awesome, miraculous Works. It is You, Father God, that get all the glory for these Works to come to pass. Father, we humbly ask the hedge of protection around FirstFruits, the highways traveled by Your daughter, Christy and the hospital where Erik is healing remain in place and be strengthened. Today, more than ever, strengthen Your hedge of protection.

Father God, we need Your Strength, Your Might and Your Power to reside with the care takers, the other patients in this hospital and, above all, Father, let Your Love embrace those that do not understand or accept Your Ways. Embrace them, right now, and soften their heart that their unbelief be cast aside so that Your Love fills their soul. Father God, let the Holy Spirit fill every space in this hospital. Let the Holy Spirit be the Comforter and Counselor to these men and women – Your sons and daughters. Let them know You are present, You are in charge and it is You that are doing ALL the work in this place.

Father God, be the hands of the care takers and bind their mind with the Mind of Christ that they may move about in His wisdom. Father, we ask that You touch Erik, right now, and bless him, shower him and continue to breathe Your Life, the only life that is, breathe Your Life into his whole body. Lift him out of this bed and let him take up his mat and go home. Let it be done in this day, the day the Lord made.
