Witness To The World…

Witness To The World…

Are you missionary or a witness? Are you a prayer or a doer? Are you a minister or hearer?

God wants us to witness to His wonders, to His great love for us and for His one and only Son whom He gave the world to show His mercy, grace and love for His children.

We all have a story. We all have something to share, the sad part is most do not share. The sad part is this is one of the greatest reasons we are separated from God – our sin, separation from God – tells us not to witness to others. It’s a vicious cycle that only stops when a person decides to share with another human being.

Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying,
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on
earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching
them to observe all things that I have commanded
you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end
of the age.” Amen. ~Matthew 28:16-20

We should speak with families, beginning with our family, we are witnessing to the world. We should speak with the person at the local grocery store, we are witnessing to the world. We should speak with the person while filling-up our vehicle, we are witnessing to the world. We should speak with the person at the coffee shop, we are witnessing to the world; as our Lord and Savior teaches us – I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

Either the Gospel is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
