Have you ever wondered what it’s really like to work for Google? Well, according to one conservative software engineer, fancy cafeterias and a world-class campus notwithstanding, Google is actually a pretty horrible company to work for if you’re not a Leftist.
As you may have already suspected, the Silicon Valley-based search engine giant, like many of its counterparts, is almost completely dominated by far-Left “outrage mobs and witch hunts” that specifically target conservatives, Christians, and other “undesirables.”
In a blog post he published to Medium.com, Mike Wacker reveals first-hand how Google’s corporate culture is an “existential threat” to anyone who doesn’t align with the ideological majority.

Despite long claiming to be “a nonpartisan company,” Google has fully adopted the same chilling policy that many other tech giants have, dubbing as “hate speech” – and thus prohibited speech – all forms of expression that Leftists find to be “offensive.”
Rather than embrace a position of tolerance, which is one of the virtues that Leftists claim as their exclusive own, Google actively censors pretty much all thought and speech that in any way challenges or contradicts what Leftists believe to be true and right.
“We’ve always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology,” is the official position now claimed by Google – the descriptors “violence” and “hate” being common Leftists buzzwords for ideologies with which they simply disagree.

“Hate speech” is a completely made-up concept with no actual definition or meaning
Interestingly, Google has never actually answered the question as to whether or not it’s really still a nonpartisan company. Instead, the company now merely claims that it doesn’t apply a partisan definition of “hate speech” when censoring or removing content.
But what exactly is “hate speech,” anyway? It’s absolutely nothing, because it doesn’t actually exist outside of the minds of intolerant Leftists, who would like nothing more than to silence all forms of speech that “trigger” them.
In truth, “hate speech” is nothing more than a logical fallacy, representing whatever arbitrary definition the person who’s using it wants it to mean.
To Leftists, “hate speech” is basically any belief or statement that leans conservative.
If an individual cites science to prove that unborn human babies have heartbeats, for instance, then in the eyes of Democrats, this now constitutes “hate speech” against “women’s rights.” Or if a person points out using scientific data that illegal immigration leads to increased crime rates, then this is “hate speech” against “minorities.”
Unless what you believe and say 100 percent aligns with the prevailing Leftist narrative, then you, too, are guilty of “hate speech,” which means Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, and WhatsApp could ban your account and brand your chest with a giant red “H” for hater.
Another form of “hate speech” in the eyes of Google is simply existing as a white male, the punishment for this “hate crime” being routine discrimination.
“Google CEO Sundar Pichai has insisted time and time again that Google is a nonpartisan company, but more and more those words seem like empty words: all talk, no action,” Wacker explains on his blog. “Both internally and externally, a narrative has begun to emerge that liberal political activists are calling the shots at Google.”
