Today Is The Day The Lord Made

Some days we are the windshield, some days we are the bug.

It is one of those times when it feels as if something has changed, something has gone. Jesus Christ has not left me, am I turning my back on Him? It is an awful feeling that I can not seem to stop or control. The thing is I can’t control or stop the feeling but Jesus can. Turning to Christ and allowing my heart to feel His presence, feel the Holy Spirit fill my soul brings my head and heart into alignment with Christ. It is moments like this, when my mind is under attack and the enemy is running roughshod that I must remember who is in charge. I am not in charge of anything. I don’t have to be in charge and when I attempt to take control the enemy is right there ready to assist – and assist he does.
