GNN Note – when will national leaders, like the hijab wearing New Zealand Prime Minister along with several members of her cabinet flaunt Christian symbols, like a crucifix or just a cross? Why absolutely no support, much less out cry, for the slaughter happening in Nigeria – the railroading of Christian and muslims alike in China? Corporate media world wide is 100% silent on these issues. It is only news sites like Gospel News Network, Open Doors, Breitbart and a handful of others that are reporting on this unfolding, ongoing nightmare. Not a peep. Let that sink in as this lunatic in New Zealand is not only wearing a hijab, one of the greatest symbols women’s oppression known to the world, and the call for muslim prayers around the country for 50 people that were killed. Tragic, sad and my heart goes out to the families of the victims, but I have to point out the hypocrisy of the so-called leadership when the three weeks prior to the mosque killings there were a total of 120 Christians slaughtered in Nigeria and not a word, nothing, no one said anything in the media – nothing.

“We don’t always get the press,” said King of many news media outlets’ disinterest in persecution of Christians. “It is absolutely the case [that Christians are the most persecuted faith].”
King added, “A lot of people don’t know that … in Nigeria, probably 70,000 Christians have been murdered in the last 20 years by Islamists, and that’s just scratching the surface. It’s going on all over. There’s a spectrum to the oppression.”
