“I’m not for impeachment,” she said in a March 6 interview conducted for a future issue of The Washington Post Magazine.“This is news,” she added. “I haven’t said this to any press person before. But since you asked, and I’ve been thinking about this, impeachment is so divisive to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path because it divides the country. And he’s just not worth it.”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in an interview that she opposes moving to impeach President Trump even though she believes he is “unfit” for office — her first definitive statement on the subject and one that stands to alienate members of her own Democratic Party who are intent on ousting the president.
Pity the poor Democrats, they just can’t catch a break. They pinned all their hopes on Crooked Hillary becoming president, and they lost that. Then they pinned their hopes on the ability of the CNN fake news media to destroy Donald Trump, and they lost that. Then they pinned their hopes to multi-year and multi-million dollar investigation into the phony Russian Collusion hoax, and that will come up empty in just a few days. Now, House Leader Nancy Pelosi suddenly has ‘no interest’ in impeaching Trump. Imagine that.
What will the Liberals and the CNN fake news media do next? Who knows. Everything they tried, and every ugly scheme the Trump-deranged Libs have hatched has failed spectacularly. So it seems to me there’s only one other thing they haven’t tried yet. I wonder what’s playing at Ford’s Theater these days? Wait for it.
