Do You Know God’s Plans for the World? Pat Robertson Seems To Believe He Does

Do You Know God’s Plans for the World? Pat Robertson Seems To Believe He Does by Randolph Jason for Gospel News Network

Since when does anyone know, definitely, what God’s plans are for the world? Pat Robertson should take his show to CNN or MSNBC where the other ill informed neocon warmongers like to congregate. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe I remember Jesus Christ saying no one – NO ONE – knows the mind of the Father. When someone begins speaking about “mandates”, well, that person has entered into a place of absolutes. From my perspective what Pat Robertson recently said about Syria, President Trump and keeping our children in harms way, does not align with scripture.

Jeremiah 29:11 KJV

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Matthew 24:36 KJV

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

When I saw this headline – Pat Robertson: Trump ‘in Danger of Losing Mandate of Heaven’ if He Withdraws From Syria – all I could think about were the number of Americans that have been killed in Syria and Afghanistan to protect a handful of satanic globalist corporations. The U.S. has our children in Syria for one reason – oil. Syria is a major pass through land that would allow the flow of gas, liquified natural gas and oil to flow from into Europe from the Middle East in Western controlled pipelines. Russia also has been in Syria for a great many decades working along the Syrians to maintain Russia’s only deep water military port. Russia also has interest in placing these same pipelines in Syria.

Pat Robertson, is out of line. While I agree ministers need to be involved and should be very vocal about social issues, politics and geopolitics, however, they should be educated in what they are talking about. In this case, Pat Robertson is in way over his head as he has absolutely no clue what is happening in Syria nor the reasons for what is happening.

Pat Robertson, host of The 700 Club, began Monday’s show with a grave warning for President Donald Trump: Withdraw from Syria at your own risk. Robertson says Trump is “in danger of losing the mandate of heaven” if he goes through with plans—announced late Sunday evening—to withdraw from Syria.

But Robertson says the decision to withdraw U.S. military forces will likely immediately result in the massacre of Christians and Kurds in the region.

“Invasion is imminent from the ground and from the air,” Robertson says. “Turkey is ready to charge at Assyria, putting our allies the Kurds in grave danger. … And ladies and gentlemen, I want to say right now that I am absolutely appalled that the United States is going to betray those democratic forces in Northern Syria, that we possibly are going to allow the Turkish to come in against the Kurds. [Turkish President Tayyip] Erdogan is a thug. He has taken control of his country as a dictator. He is a strong leader and to say he’s an ally of America is nonsense. He is in for himself, and the president—who allowed Khashoggi to be cut in pieces without any repercussions whatsoever—is now allowing the Christians and the Kurds to be massacred by the Turks. I believe—and I want to say this with great solemnity—the president of the United States is in danger of losing the mandate of heaven if he permits this to happen.” Source

Mr Robertson is entering the same space as the pope on dope. This is not a good place to be. Robertson is working, strictly, from the “official narrative” which is produced by people like Max Boot, Lindsey Graham and a hole host of blood thirsty warmongering neocons that will say anything, tell any lie necessary to convince the American public “we need to protect Syria from the big bad wolf”. This narrative is coming from the same people that put us there in the first place. These are the same people that have lied, multiple times, about democratically elected President Assad using chemical weapons on his own people. The same lie that was used about Hussein in Iraq. All lies.

For Roberson to not only speak of out of turn but to invoke some kind of “mandate from God”  is not only nonsense it gets our children killed. Since when does Pat Roberson know, definitely, what God’s plans are for the world?
