Let There Be A Firmament…

Let There Be A Firmament…

When we look up at the blue reflection overhead, we call it “sky” with the puffy clouds, “high-thin clouds” called chemtrails, and we see some of Gods original work right in front of us. What are we actually looking at?

When God formed the earth He called He called the space above the earth the firmament. Firmament literally means “the vault or arch of the sky Heavens“. Heaven literally means… the expanse of space that seems to be over the earth like a dome : FIRMAMENT—usually used in plural. It’s an arch not a bubble. An arch, or dome, is quiet different from a bubble. If the firmament were encompassing a sphere, God would have named it appropriately. God would have given it a name that describes something like a bubble, not an arch or a dome. Unless God makes mistakes, you know, like in the beginning, when we look up we are, in fact, looking at an arch or a dome – your choice.

And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. ~ Genesis 1:6-8 KJB

Either the Holy Bible, every inspired Word of God, is infallible and inerrant, or it is not. There is no in-between. If we believe the firmament that God describes is real then we must see the sky as something that is different than the narrative we have been fed all our lives. From where was this narrative derived? From school, the TV or history books? Not the Holy Bible. When most of us look at the sky we believe we are looking at a section of a bubble. Something that goes around our earth. An arch does not work that way. An arch is above something and that is precisely how it is described in the Book of Moses, Genesis 1. The word, firmament, is used nine different times in Genesis 1 of the King James Bible. Nine times God describes how the firmament works and its purpose. Not sure God ever intended for us to understand, or see, His work as something other than what it is. If a firmament is an arch it is over the earth, not around the earth. This is very, very significant.

This world, described in great detail in Genesis is the place we should live. It is the world we should be living today. The concrete and asphalt are man-made and therefore corrupt. The buildings, the structures and all the other places that literally put walls between us and God’s creation do exactly that – they place a wall between us and God’s creation. Is that how we want to live; is that how we are suppose to live? What kind of problems in our life manifest from this one aspect of our life that we have grown so accustomed that we never even think about it – we are quiet numb to this fact. How much of the flow of Gods Word is being blocked by simply being inside a concrete, steel, brick and glass structure most of our lives? How much?

It would seem this would make very fertile ground for the devil to do his handy work. If we voluntarily place a physical structure between us and God wouldn’t that make for a great place for the devil to move freely about?

Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
