Unless It Abides In The Vine…
When we produce good fruit others in our life want to partake and enjoy the sweetness that drips onto our shirt with every bite. Still others hear of this good fruit and come from near and far to find out for themselves about this fruit of the Vine that is a nectar like nothing in the area.
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. ~ John 15:4 NKJB
How can something this good be rotten at the same time? Is it possible? We think not. We believe that by the First Fruits produced by way of Jesus Christ we have an opportunity to bring forth the sweetness of life. We can soak up the sap into the branch and glorify the Vine by producing a fruit that is like a mirror of the Creator. We did not create it, but were used to produce such a joyful sweetness that others may delight. We are not responsible, but rather point to the Vine that feeds us the Living Water, the breath of life and willingness to do as our Father teaches.

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. ~ Matthew 12:33 NKJB
Why do we kick against the goads? Why do we allow anger to remove us from a place of beauty that is beyond words? When anger slips in, even for a nanosecond, we are knocked off balance and the branch doesn’t breathe as easily. The sap doesn’t flow as freely. If we allow it to linger it morphs and the invasion of our heart begins. We could awaken to find anger is now jealousy or gluttony, but rest-assured it is our pride, false pride, that is leading the parade. The parade that is looking to march through our heart and be made manifest in our hand. This will spoil the fruit. This will stop the flow of the sap from the Vine, the True Vine, that is our life. It doesn’t have to happen, but when it does we must, we must, we must shut it down, recognize what has happened and, once again, seek Jesus Christ first.
One our biggest problems is forgetting to take the first step – seek Jesus Christ first in all that we do. When we seek first the Kingdom of God, the sweetest fruit known to mankind is always, always, always produced. The Vinedresser insures success through His Son, Jesus Christ, if we seek Him first.
Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
