The American Church is at the bank of the Red Sea… from RMNT News
This is our “Red Sea” moment.
Right now the American church finds itself at the banks of the Red Sea.
The exodus from Egypt and the parting of the Red Sea is the single greatest act of salvation in the Old Testament, and it is continually recalled to represent God’s saving grace and redemption of the Jewish people. (e.g., Psalm 66:6; 78:13; 106:9; 136:13).

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
Moses was commissioned by God to be the deliverer of His people (through Gods power). He went before Pharaoh and requested the people to be let go so they may worship the Lord. Pharaoh refused and then came the plaques. Most know the rest, but if not, I would highly recommend that you study it and learn the full story.
Now we may be tempted to think that this is a wonderful story of God’s miraculous saving power on display, and leave it at that. However, we would be missing the bigger picture in the story of redemption. The Old Testament prepares the way for the New Testament, and all of God’s promises find their “yes” and “amen” in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20).
The exodus from Egypt, though a real, historical event, prefigures the saving work of Christ for His people. What God did through Moses was to provide physical salvation from physical slavery. What God does through Christ is provide spiritual salvation from a spiritual slavery.
The passing through the Red Sea is used as a symbol of the believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Then of course came Acts Chapter 2.
Let’s fast forward now to today.
I saw a picture in my spirit. It went like this…
The church is currently stationed at the banks of the Red Sea here in America. The army of captivity and oppression is racing toward us—fast. It seems as though we are trapped. It seems as if there is no escape. They want to enslave us and push us back into captivity. This would attempt to undo everything that America has stood for since 1776.
