The Breath of God…
The Holy Spirit is one of the greatest gifts given to mankind. When filled with the Spirit – for those that believe – it’s easy to know that our actions, our words and life, during that moment, are not ours. We did nothing. There are moments when the Holy Spirit reigns down in our lives that afterwards we simply stand in awe and wonder of what happened. It’s like being in a trance or just out-of-body. The more we ask, seek and knock the more the Holy Spirit accommodates our request.
In the second chapter of Acts the Holy Spirit comes and fills all the people that have gathered for Pentecost. Not only did the Holy Spirit sat upon them, as fire, but spoke through each person that was present.
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:2-4 KJB

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
The breath of God, as a “mighty wind”, cleared the space, cleared their hearts and cleared their minds – emptied – to make way for the Holy Spirit. While we can’t see the wind we can sure see the effects all around us.
As the people gathered with Paul and Peter they began to be filled with the Holy Spirit and the believers began speaking. Were these their words or the Word of God? God is speaking through these people in order to allow their friends, family and neighbors – from every nation and every language – to hear, to know and to understand the power, the mercy and grace of our Lord, Christ Jesus. As their friends, family and neighbors heard the Word of God being spoken through the believers they were not inspired, they were confused and saw the believers as being drunk.
The Holy Spirit was speaking through the believers, but what was being said the non-believers did not want to hear. As God’s “mighty wind” is currently blowing through the souls of a great many, will they act and will they allow the Holy Spirit to speak through them so that those in their sphere of influence will hear. Will those that need to hear have the desire to hear?
Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. Acts 2:38-39 KJB
Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
