Redemption Through His Blood…

Redemption Through His Blood…

Does one have to accept, fully, the Truth in order to follow Jesus Christ? Are we fully accepting and believe with all our heart, mind and soul in the Word of our Lord, Jesus Christ? Do I, yes me, do I accept and believe the Word of God is alive? If so, then a life unimagined is about to unfold. A cross of carry is the price. What does your cross look like?

We have written many times that how Paul is such an inspiration as the transformation, rebirth in the Spirit, is relatable to our own. No, we didn’t murder anyone, but the dream our Lord placed on our heart made it seem as if we had. From that day forward I have never looked back only forward to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

After years of attempting to study, read and breathe in the Gospel, the good news, it is only in the past month or so the Light is finally beginning to show. The love of Jesus Christ is not found outside, it is not found inside it simply is. Having an experience that opens ones heart, mind and soul allows the eyes of our understanding to see things that never existed before. It allows the eyes of our understanding to see things with God’s eyes; it allows us to see our brothers and sisters as God sees them – as His children. Not as His adult children, but as children who should be filled with wonder and asking “what” questions instead of “why” questions.

Paul didn’t turn to the Lord ask “why” Paul to our Lord and ask “what”.

Acts 22 NKJV

10 So I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Arise and go into Damascus, and there you will be told all things which are appointed for you to do.’

That is very, very clear. The Lord knows and understands that Paul has killed many people who lived their lives in Jesus’ identity but the Lord chooses him, Paul, to minister to His children! Then, Paul turns to the Lord with everyone quiet aware of who one another is, and ask “What…, Lord?” Absolutely wide open question and Paul, built into his “what” question a “yes” response to whatever instruction/response/request/command the Lord proposes.

Imagine what our world would look like, act like and be like if more people simply ask “what” questions instead of “why” questions.

The challenge today is when approaching your spouse, friends, family or strangers on the street, when seeking information, knowledge or instruction, ask only “what” questions. This has started in our household it is more of a challenge than you’re thinking.

As we grow into accepting the reality that God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit work through us the Truth, the Way and the Life become far more abundant. God’s love begins to radiant through our heart, mind and soul because we are covered in the blood of His mercy and grace for His children.

As our lives are transformed we begin to see with His eyes…

Ephesians 1 NKJV

7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace
8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,
9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,
10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.
11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,
12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.
