I Will Make You To Become…
Did Jesus tell Simon, who would be Peter, if you follow Me I will make you to become fishers of men?
Is this not the promise Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, make to Peter? Did the Lord, our God, not tell Isiah if you follow Me you will be a spokesman for the ages? Didn’t God tell Isiah he would speak to God’s people until there was nothing left in all the world? Did our Lord God tell Gideon that if you follow Me you will be a Mighty Man of Valor and conquer your enemies?
When do we believe this is for our lives as well? When do we begin to accept that which is in our heart Jesus will make manifest in our lives if we follow Him, do the Works He ask us to do and have no other god before us? Remember we are only talking about an idol like Sheva, Allah, Buddha or the like, we are also talking about football, alcohol, pornography, excessive work, excessive exercise, chocolate and so on and so on and so on. Whatever we focus our day upon becomes our god. When we focus our day upon Jesus Christ He will make manifest that which is in our heart and soul since our lives were knit together in our mothers womb.

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that calls you, who also will do it. ~ 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 KJB
If we stand before Jesus Christ and we have been faithful in our spirit and soul and body Jesus has He not called us? If Jesus calls us why wouldn’t He make it so in our lives that which we hold in our heart, mind and soul – down in the very essence of who we are? Doesn’t Jesus want us to be who He says we are? Didn’t God stitch together our lives and stitch in our lives the very thing we are to be in this world in order to expand His Kingdom? We need to know who we are in order to perform at the highest levels that Jesus Christ has called us.
Most all of us have heard during our lives “you’ll never work a day if you do what you love” – is that not exactly what Jesus Christ is telling us? When we are doing what that which makes the very essence of our being sing, we are nothing more than a reflection of Jesus Christ.
Follow Me and I will make you to become ______________ . What belongs in that blank for your life?
Either the Scripture is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of God, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
