Being Watchful To This End…
Good morning branch of the Vine. May the flow of God’s Word be plentiful and forever abide in you.
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, we gather in Your presence to honor and glorify Your mighty works created through these vessels. We are nothing but a servant to Your Word and seek a deeper drink of Your Living Water. Dwell within our hearts, fill our soul with Your Holy Spirit. Heavenly Father, Almighty God it is because of Your great Love for us that we have anything. What we have is Yours and we are the stewards to insure all honor, glory and praise is in Your name.
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. ~ John 15:5 NKJB

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
Father God, lift us, strengthen us in Your mighty name. Let the whole of the world hear Your Words coming off our tongue. As we walk in the Full Armor of God, shield us, Father, from the enemy. Make solid the Helmet of Salvation that the devil may not whisper in our ear. Gird our waist with the Belt of Truth that we may speak only the True Word that You would have us speak.
Father as we walk through this world, Ambassadors of the Kingdom, make the Shield of Faith sturdy to with stand the fiery arrows from the devil and from those that would persecute us. Sharpen our Sword of the Spirit for the Holy One to do our bidding as we walk among the broken and the lost. Keep us grounded, Father God, shod with the Boots of the Gospel of peace that we may spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. Protect our heart and soul with the Breast Plate of Righteousness. Let this Armor never fail. Let this Amor, Your Armor, be seen by all we encounter. Let Your Word be spoken through us at every opportunity in this day, and all the days to come.
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. ~ Ephesians 6:18-20 NKJB
Father God, as Erik prepares to enter into a new season let the flow of Your Love fill the branch that is Your son, fill the branch with beautiful life giving sap that is the Word of God. Heavenly Father, Almighty God, don’t merely strengthen Erik’s bones and muscles but rather, Father, send the Holy Spirit to be Erik’s legs, be Erik’s muscles that he may walk out of this hospital with a shout to the Lord that pierces the hearts of every person that remains in this hospital. Heavenly Father, touch the hearts of the care givers. Fill them with the Holy Spirit that they may fall to their knees to honor Your mighty works using their hands.
Father God, we love You. We love You with all our heart, with our strength, with all our mind and with all our soul. Strengthen us, Father God, that we would love Your sons and daughters, our neighbors, as we love ourselves.
