Conference of Witnesses for The Greatest Commandment… by Randolph Jason for Gospel News Network
Let all the nations be gathered together,
And let the people be assembled.
Who among them can declare this,
And show us former things?
Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified;
Or let them hear and say, “It is truth.”
“You are My witnesses,” says the Lord,
“And My servant whom I have chosen,
That you may know and believe Me,
And understand that I am He.
Before Me there was no God formed,
Nor shall there be after Me. ~Isiah 43:9-10 NKJB
Will your community miss the church you attend if it disappears today? Will the community even know that the doors closed and the building was torn down?
“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” ~Matthew 22:36-39 NKJB
Revival is in the air. The saints are coming out of the shadows and moving in His spirit, in His love and spreading His Light throughout the world. The difference is, these are not “missionaries” these are witnesses. These are people that have been walked out of the fire, protected from the flames and been touched by the Holy Spirit to share their testimony of God’s grace, mercy, power and love. His love is above all and the witness has experience with this great love. When do we begin to witness to others, starting right here?
Isiah, 740 years before Christ, named us “witnesses” not missionaries, not pastors, priest, elders or any other title. We are witnesses? What do we witness – what have we seen, what have we experienced in our own life? What are these former things we are to share?

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
– people from around the community that have been saved from trials and tribulation
– people from around the community that desire to be saved from their wretched life – baptism
– church leaders from a variety of churches that address the community, on the topic of The Greatest Commandment and to spread that message – right where they stand, in order to reach the world.
– worship leaders to lift the spirits in praise and worship before, during and after the testimony of witnesses and church leaders
Testimony of a witness ties directly to a church leaders teachings on scripture.
For example – prostitution – message from church leader ties directly to what the witnesses testimony portrays.
As the Apostle Paul teaches us …
But as God has distributed to each one, as the Lord has called each one, so let him walk. And so I ordain in all the churches. Was anyone called while circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Was anyone called while uncircumcised? Let him not be circumcised. Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters. Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called. Were you called while a slave? Do not be concerned about it; but if you can be made free, rather use it. For he who is called in the Lord while a slave is the Lord’s freedman. Likewise he who is called while free is Christ’s slave. You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men. Brethren, let each one remain with God in that state in which he was called. 1 Corinthians 7:17-24 NKJB
Either the Gospel is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
