How Will You Believe…

Being in the flesh we believe a lot of things that are not true. People watch the national news or local news and whatever the person on TV says they believe it to be true. Of course such a blanket statement is in and of itself false, however, as the people on TV continue to repeat a lie, such as our President committed treason when in fact he had done nothing at all, people hear this lie enough times they begin to believe it is true regardless of it accuracy. When lies are repeated day after day people begin to believe they are truth when in fact it is nothing more than a lie repeated day after day.

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” ~John 3:1-3 NKJB

When faced with demonic forces most people simply go along with the path of least resistance. It’s not the average person that simply accepts God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as the Trinity that walks with us, among us and lives in each of us. No, it is something that must be experienced. If the average person accepted this as Truth, the Way and the Life there would be no need to remind people of how broken we are and there is a Spiritual War for our souls going on right in front of us. But such as it is, we do, in fact, have to constantly remind people of the Trinity.

The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
Jesus answered and said to him,Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? ~John 3:9-12

Either the Gospel is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
