Sick of F.E.A.R….
Living a life filled and driven by F.E.A.R. will make a person crazy. Isolation, being alone and left in house without anyone around allows the monsters to come out of their respective cages and do what they do – ruin everything.
When we hear things that are not from God we should call it out, immediately and never, ever allow it to feaster or gain any momentum. We should, at once, call upon Jesus Christ, saying His name out loud, and turn our attention to His holiness. If you’ve ever attended an AA meeting this would be akin to someone discussing calling another alcoholic to discuss what they’re going through, what they are experiencing. Sometimes the phone would weigh more than the anchor for a cargo ship. You want to call, but the sin, the F.E.A.R. has a grip like a vice and will not release.
The good news is, as long as one can hold on help is on the way. If the monsters can be beaten back long enough the weight of the phone subsides, the ability to call the name of the Holy One, Jesus Christ, returns to our lips. It is at this point there is an absolute understanding of Steps 1-3Â for any and all Christians.

We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
1 We admitted we were powerless over alcohol and that our lives had become unmanageable.
2 Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3 Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him. Source
The very definition of sin and surrender. While saying these words, on your knees, and replacing the word “alcohol” with any word you choose, one can see, very quickly how this thing works. One can very easily get a sense of God in their life in a matter of seconds.
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. ~Matthew 16:24-25 NKJB
Two verses in the Bible – three Steps in AA that sound a whole lot like the two verses in Matthew.
Either the Gospel is the divine Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
