IN STUNNING REFERENCE TO EZEKIEL 31, EMMANUEL MACRON PLANTS A CEDAR IN LEBANON SAYING HE IS SPENDING ALL HIS ‘POLITICAL CAPITAL’ TO CREATE NEW GOV’T by Geoffrey Grider for Now The End Begins
“It’s the last chance for this system,” Emmanuel Macron told POLITICO in an interview while travelling to Beirut Monday. “It’s a risky bet I’m making, I am aware of it … I am putting the only thing I have on the table: my political capital.” He also said that Lebanese leaders will be sanctioned if reforms are not implemented.
French President Emmanuel Macron marked Lebanon’s centenary Tuesday by planting a cedar tree, ahead of “risky” talks with Lebanese leaders to pressure them to implement reforms that are vital for the country’s survival.
Today in Lebanon, Emmanuel Macron, the man we call ‘The Assyrian’ for obvious reasons, made an official visit to Beirut to create a new government there with the Lebanese people. In an overtly symbolic gesture, Macron was photographed planting a cedar. Those of you who attended our bible study last month entitled ‘Lebanon In Bible Prophecy’ will understand just how meaningful Macron’s gesture truly was, you should go listen to that program.

“…in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness? Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.” Ezekiel 31:1-3 (KJB)
Lebanon played a huge role in the early days of Israel under King David and Solomon, and bible prophecy clearly shows us that in the end times, our time, Lebanon also has a large prophetic role to fulfill. The prophet Ezekiel saw a man called the Assyrian, who is an Old Testament reference to the coming Antichrist, as compared to a tree in Lebanon just prior to the start of the time of Jacob’s trouble. Emmanuel Macron, the man we here at NTEB call ‘the Assyrian’, was in Lebanon plotting how to create a government there. And, oh yeah, Macron planted a cedar tree just before he did it.
