Evil Becomes Good…
All the really great books, movies and stories throughout history have been based on “good vs evil” – one of the best story lines ever created. Why? Because it is a direct reflection of the world we live – not the world where we are going, but the world we are visiting. As Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven the enemy comes at us pretty hard on a minute-by-minute basis on some days on other days, not so much. We relate to the story line we know good is always going to win, because that’s how it works. The Light always overcomes the dark – always.
In our world today it seems as if “Saul” is running amok around the world. On an almost daily basis we at Gospel News Network are confronted with stories of persecution. Some of the stories we would rather just forget, but these are our brothers and sisters in Christ. What happens today is the same that happened when “Saul” was wreaking havoc throughout the land – we make more Christians and carry the Light of God further into the dark.
As for Saul, he made havoc of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.
Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. ~Acts 8:3-4 KJV
Now is your chance to support Gospel News Network.
We love helping others and believe that’s one of the reasons we are chosen as Ambassadors of the Kingdom, to serve God’s children. We look to the Greatest Commandment as our Powering force.
It’s no wonder we do this as we know that good must triumph. Our God has told us that Good will win the day so, we merely live like we are God’s children doing our best to represent His ways in this foreign land.
When living as if tomorrow will never come we find ourselves in one of two places. We can either embrace this concept and fall fully into the arms of God or we can become scared and turn within. There are any number of consequences that arrive when embracing either stance and plenty of beauty to be found, however, we need to seek His will for us in taking the step.
Either the Gospel is divine inspiration, the Word of God teaching us how to live and how to be a reflection of Him, or it’s nothing more than a historical account of events.
