“If These Should Keep Silent…”
For if everything exists to lift You high, so will I
If the wind goes where You send it, so will I
If the rocks cry out in silence, so will I
If the sum of all our praises still falls shy
Then we’ll sing again a hundred billion times! ~Bethel Music
When a person awakens to the glory of God there is nothing louder, there is nothing more joyous, there is no other moment in that persons life that will reign higher, that will be more meaningful that will not stand against anything or any situation.
If we are painstaking about this phase of our development, we will be amazed before we are half way through. We are going to know a new freedom and a new happiness. We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it. We will comprehend the word serenity and we will know peace. No matter how far down the scale we have gone, we will see how our experience can benefit others. That feeling of uselessness and self-pity will disappear. We will lose interest in selfish things and gain interest in our fellows. Self-seeking will slip away. Our whole attitude and outlook upon life will change. Fear of people and of economic insecurity will leave us. We will intuitively know how to handle situations which used to baffle us. We will suddenly realize that God is doing for us what we could not do for ourselves.
Are these extravagant promises? We think not. They are being fulfilled among us, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. They will always materialize if we work for them. Source
As Jesus entered the city the Disciples were joyous with a loud voice. They wanted the world to know the Messiah had arrived, the King of kings had entered the gate.

No one could quiet their voices and if they should keep silent…this is no different than the life that awaits anyone that comes home to the Father. No one will be able to silence the heart.
Luke 19 NKJV
37 Then, as He was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice
and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen,
38 saying:
‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!’
Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”
39 And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.”
40 But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”
This is what each Christian prays for, not for themselves, but for the whole of the world. To experience Jesus Christ and His love for us is well beyond any words but it is our duty, our desire, our honor to try and try again – 100 billion times if necessary.
